ROOM RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS

Our rates are the same year-round, with the exception of special events such as Ironman Week, during which higher rates may apply. There is a two-night minimum stay requirement for the Midnight Dream and Sunrise Rooms on weekends from May 15 until October 1, and a three-night minmum on all rooms on holiday weekends.

All rates are per night, plus tax, and are for up to two people per room; please see below for additional-person rates and available discounts. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged. A full, multi-course gourmet breakfast is included in all rates. There are six rooms to choose from, of which we rent five at any given time:

SEASONS ROOMS ……………………………………………. $130.00

These four main-floor rooms are all individually decorated, but each has a queen-size bed, spacious private bath, both interior and exterior entry (to the eight-foot-wide covered wraparound deck), and deck furniture outside the door. Each Seasons Room has a maximum capacity of four.

MIDNIGHT DREAM ………………………..………………...…. $190.00

Alone on the balcony level, this huge room is the largest and most popular room in the lodge. It has a king-size bed, private bath, twice the storage of the Seasons Rooms, a sitting area, refrigerator, and a large private balcony with a hot tub, all overlooking the gardens and the waterfall and pond. Midnight Dream can accommodate up to six people.

SUNRISE ………………………...………………………………. $190.00

Overlooking the east gardens, this oversize room on the main floor has a queen-size bed, larger private bath with a clawfoot tub/shower, a sofa, refrigerator, entertainment center for watching movies in your room, a large portion of the deck gated off for privacy, and a private hot tub outside the door. Sunrise also accommodates up to six people.

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE …………….……………… $20.00 per person

This rate is the same for any room in the lodge, and includes breakfast. Children age two and under are free, with the understanding that we do not provide bedding or food for them.

DISCOUNTS

MULTIPLE-NIGHT DISCOUNT - On any stay of two or more consecutive nights in any room (three nights for holiday weekends), we will discount the regular rate by $30.00 per night for every night of your visit.

AAA - Members of AAA or CAA with a current valid membership card receive the AAA discount on a single-night stay in any room.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please note that we have one fully accessible guest room (Spring), and the entire main floor is accessible; an electric wheelchair lift is provided at the main portico entry.
